The Wood Valley Swim & Racquet Club Clubhouse was updated in 2023 and is a banquet area that is a 30′ x 34′. It will hold approximately 100 people standing and approximately 60 people seated. This facility is available to be rented by both members and non-members. Please note the fees to rent the clubhouse do NOT include the use of the pool and/or pool areas.

The Clubhouse is rented for a period of four (4) hours. The fees are as follows:

• Wood Valley Clubs/Organizations: $50 / rental period

• WVSRC Members in good standing: $250 / rental period

• Non-members: $400 / rental period

• All rentals include an additional $50 cleaning fee

If the clubhouse is needed for an extended period of time, an additional fee of $50 / hour will be charged (max 2 additional hours).

The Pool Shelter is rentable only to WVSRC Members (in good standing), and is only available during the year when the pool is normally open for business. Pool Shelter rentals CANNOT EXCEED 30 attendees, and are limited to a 3-hour rental period (includes set up and breakdown).

The fees for the use of these areas are based on the number of extra lifeguards required. As required by Wake County, all of your guests, whether they intend to swim or not, must be included in the total number of guests used to determine lifeguard requirements.

Please note that private parties are only available after pool hours, and no swimming is allowed after 11pm.

The Pool Shelter Fees are as follows:

DURING POOL HOURS

• 30 Attendees or Less: $150 / 3 hour rental period

•  Extra lifeguard coverage is needed for >25 Attendees

AFTER HOURS POOL RENTALS

• 1 – 49 Attendees: $150 / rental period PLUS $100 / hour lifeguard fee

• 50 – 80 Attendees: $150 / rental period PLUS $200 / hour lifeguard fee – extra lifeguard coverage is needed for >49 Attendees
