Membership
The Wood Valley Swim and Racquet Club board would like to extend a special invitation to you and your family to join our club. We are a family-oriented club with established Youth Sports programs in Tennis, Swimming and Diving. Our facilities are among the finest in the area. The pool is open May through September and the fully lighted tennis courts and a fenced basketball court are open year round. The yearly 4th of July Celebration complete with parade and fireworks and the Fall Pig Pickin’ are just an example of the social events we sponsor each year.
Dues information - payable each year by April 2, 2011 for current members. New members receive $100 off first year dues!
- Permanent membership requires the purchase of one share of stock per family at a one-time cost of $500. (may be paid over 3 years - $200, $200, $100) If you move from the area, you can request a stock refund. Membership dues for are $535 per family.
- Annual membership dues for are $675 per family, and does not require a stock purchase.
- Empty Nester membership dues are $390 per family. This requires you to be a stock holding member with no children under the age of 18 resident at your address. The intent of this membership is that there are no children in the household. If you have grandchildren or older children who will use the facilities, please purchase a permanent membership.
NOTE: 2012 Membership rates and application will be posted in January 2012.
