Rental Agreement: Wood Valley Rental Agreement
The Clubhouse is available to members for $100 per day, non-members for $275 per day, and Wood Valley sanctioned clubs for $35 per day. There is a $75 deposit required. The dimensions of the room are 30 feet x 34 feet and will support 120 people standing and 75 people seated. There are 11 banquet tables (6 feet long), 60 padded chairs, and 15 folding chairs available. There is a complete kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher. The room is wired for surround sound and has wall-mounted speakers.Pool rentals - Pool Rental is available to members during and after pool hours.
During Pool Hours there is charge based on adding lifeguards. This fee is paid at time of rental. All parties with more than 25 guests must also rent the clubhouse.

After Pool Hours there is a $25 charge for renting the pool plus an hourly charge based on the number of guards required. There is a minimum of 2 guards required.
Number of guest charged = Number of people in the pool & on the pool deck (as defined by Wake County)
Pool Rentals should be booked at least two weeks prior to use to allow lifeguards to be scheduled. All parties in excess of 25 guests must also rent the clubhouse.
